Bold and Bright for 2012

The Australian Open in Melbourne has certainly set the tone for the rest of this season with bold and bright colours being a running theme. This certainly continues from the Nike holiday collection bright purple we saw in Istanbul at the end of the 2011 WTA, worn by Victoria Azarenka, Li Na, Maria Sharapova and Petra Kvitova.

The shorts worn by the Australian open winner Victoria Azarenka were quite a talking point. They are available in the UK exclusively from the NikeStore Tie Break shorts (black and white) and cost £30. They include compression shorts underneath for extra support. Shame that the whole colour range isn't available in the UK yet, fingers crossed that we get the full range for summer.
